Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Twin B kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.
